Home Doctors - Home Inspections is the premier inspection service of Rochester MN. At Home Doctors your health and safety come first. The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), founded in 1976, is North America's oldest and largest association for home inspectors. A digital copy of your inspection report will be emailed in PDF format within 24hrs of the inspection. This computer generated report will breakdown and describe all areas of the home. The report will also include high quality photos, highlighting important details of the home.

Hiring a Home Inspector
Not all home inspectors are the same. In the State of Minnesota there are no regulations or licensing for home inspectors. Here are some tips to help you find the right home inspector. Don't just ask the basic questions such as: "what's your experience?" and "what are your prices?" Though these are important, they don't give you all the information you need. This is a physically demanding job when done correctly. Are they physically able to complete it? Do they perform the roofing inspection from the rooftop? Do they bring a ladder with them? Are they prepared to enter a crawlspace? Will they navigate to the far corners of the attic? What did they do prior to inspecting homes? Do they have a construction background?
